Sam Sinjari for Mayor

The Capital Projects Dashboard

The Capital Projects Dashboard is Sam Sinjari's proposed public tracker showing the status, cost, and timeline of every major Lakeshore capital project — so residents can see where their money goes and hold the municipality accountable for finishing what it starts.

What is the Capital Projects Dashboard?

A single, public online dashboard listing each major project — roads, wastewater, drainage, facilities — with its budget, current status, and expected completion date, updated regularly.

Why does Lakeshore need it?

With a $22.1 million annual infrastructure gap and projects like the $4.3 million Stoney Point Wastewater upgrade and the County Road 22 interchange in play, residents deserve to see progress and cost in one place — not to hear about delays or overruns after the fact.

What would it change?

Transparency creates accountability. When timelines and costs are public, projects are more likely to be delivered on schedule, and residents can judge results for themselves.

The principle

You can't hold a project accountable if you can't see it. Sam would put every major project on a public dashboard.

This is a proposed campaign policy; figures from Municipality of Lakeshore budget and asset-management documents.
